Macaroneando - Macaroning

Aprendiendo a hacer macarones parisinos que pase la mañana del sabado por Islington, en TheMake Lounge.  Siempre pense que serian dificiles de hacer, pero la profesora era tan buena que consiguio que incluso los mios salieran bonitos. Y es que meti la pata y mezcle el azucar y el huevo del merengue antes de montar las claras... Ahora toca practicar para no repetir errores.
  
 Saturday morning spent at The Make Lounge learning to make  french macaroons .  I though they will be difficult to make, but our teacher was so good that even after  I made the mistake of adding sugar to the egg whites before beating them, but I still got nice looking macaroons. Now to practice to avoid  mistakes.

Sabado al limon - Lemony Saturday

Entre limones que pase la tarde del sabado. Once para ser mas exactos que use para preparar limoncello, lemon curd y limonada a la lavanda.
