I made my first savoury biscuits last night following this easy recipe from Mi dulce tentacion . I had several heart cutters and played with them all. Ingredients :
- 220 grms flour
- 1 egg.
- 55 grms grated parmesan cheese.
- a pinch of salt.
- 110 grms cream cheese ( I used Waitrose own brand).
- 1 egg.
- 55 grms grated parmesan cheese.
- a pinch of salt.
- 110 grms cream cheese ( I used Waitrose own brand).
Mix flour, salt and parmesan. Add the egg and finish with the cream cheese.
Work into a dough, forma a ball, cover it with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for two hours.
Roll out to a thinly and cut out your shapes. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on a pre-heated oven at 180 C. for 15 m.

I went to Spain to visit my family over Epiphany. Before that I took part in the Christmas Blogguers Swap organized by Sacramento of Mis Papelicos and Aminta from Aminta's Fashion. I got to partner Tomye from Making Lemonade, who send me this lovely parcel /treasure chest. It contained a couple of lovely vintage books, a crochet one ( a lovely thing full of great projects ) and a dutch cooking which I am sure will find its way to my table. She also knitted me a lovely scarf on my favorite colours blue and green, and send me some Christmas decorations in the form of a bag and a Hersey Chocolate decor whose factory is local to her. A lovely thing to use the blogosphere to get to know people this way.
