Corazones salados - Savoury hearts

Sigo probando cosas nuevas, esta vez galletas saladas. Unos corazones de queso parmesano, ideales para las fechas que se aproximan. La receta cortesia de Mi dulce tentacion , donde tienen otra con sobrasada.I made my first savoury biscuits last night following this easy recipe from Mi dulce tentacion . I had several heart cutters and played with them all.


Ingredients :

- 220 grms flour
- 1 egg.
- 55 grms grated parmesan cheese.
- a pinch of salt.
- 110 grms cream cheese ( I used Waitrose own brand).



Mix flour, salt and parmesan. Add the egg and finish with the cream cheese.

Work into a dough, forma a ball, cover it with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for two hours.

Roll out to a thinly and cut out your shapes. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on a pre-heated oven at 180 C. for 15 m.
