En una tetera puse 4 rodajas de limon, 2 cm de raiz de genjibre cortada en laminas, unas hojas de menta fresca, 10 cm de canela en rama partidos en dos. Llene la tetera con agua hirviendo y la deje reposar durante 5 minutos. Servir con miel a gusto para suavizar mas aun la garganta.
El jengibre parece ser que aclara la congestion nasal, ayuda a la garganta irritada y suprime escalofrios.
La menta calma la tos y la congestion al igual que la miel y el zumo de limon.
On my third day at home with flu and tired of swallowing pills that are not quite working I decided trying a homemade remedy for my sore throat.
